text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">REPRESENTACIONES S.A.S y deber\u00e1n asegurar su cumplimiento, dejando evidencia de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">la misma.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: .55pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Todos\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">los empleados de JG REPRESENTACIONES S.A.S deber\u00e1n poner en conocimiento\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">cualquier situaci\u00f3n inusual que se pueda salir de los par\u00e1metros establecidos\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">de la pol\u00edtica y procedimientos del SAGRILAFT, el cual deber\u00e1 notificarlo al\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">jefe inmediato y a la oficina de gesti\u00f3n del riesgo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: .4pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">El\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">&#8211;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Se<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">calificar\u00e1<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">como<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">empleados<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">con<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">conocimiento\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">de causa, que ponga en riesgo a JG REPRESENTACIONES S.A.S, esto conllevar\u00e1 a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">que se les realice los procesos disciplinarios conforme a los conductos\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">normativos regulados por la ORGANIZACION<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: xx-small;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: .55pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">El\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">oficial de cumplimiento, dentro de las facultades otorgadas en la normatividad\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">vigente, podr\u00e1 solicitar a los empleados de apoyo SAGRILAFT, inhabilidad de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">divulgar informaci\u00f3n sensible<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">que<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">pueda<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">atentar<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">con<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">la<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">integridad<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">proveedor,<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">debe mantenerse total prudencia, en caso\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">de omitir dicha disposici\u00f3n deber\u00e1 aplicarse los procesos disciplinarios\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">estipulado en el cap\u00edtulo del procedimiento sancionatorio del SAGRILAFT\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">conforme a los conductos normativos regulados por la ORGANIZACION.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: .55pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">&#8211;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">El\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">almacenamiento de la informaci\u00f3n de los reportes internos y externos sobre la\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">gesti\u00f3n del SAGRILAFT, deber\u00e1 disponerse de manera magn\u00e9tica o f\u00edsica, con\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">acceso restringido a personas no autorizadas.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: .55pt;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-weight: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: justify; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">reportar de forma inmediata al oficial de cumplimiento, informaci\u00f3n relevante\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">que consideren que la EMPRESA\u00a0 puede\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: justify;
